The Arctic University of Norway, c/o the faculty of science and technology, shall procure a mobile seagoing laboratory for research and education for nautical science. The laboratory includes several equipment components. The contract includes the procurement of a vessel where instruments can be post-installed in such a way that the vessel can be used as a seagoing laboratory.
