The objective of this RFI for Fortum Oslo Varme is to:
1) receive technical information about possible solutions for emission metering on KA 1, 2 and 3 (the furnace lines),
2) obtain a cost estimate for budgeting, correct within +/-30% margin (non-binding) for the different price elements.
This RFI is only a market survey. Notice of the competition with comprehensive tender documentation will be at a later date.
