The Ministries´ security and service organisation would like to establish a Framework Agreement with 1 periodical agent for the Ministries´ joint library and for each ministry that the Ministries´ joint library has a contract with to organise periodicals. The tenderer must be able to take over our entire portfolio and continue subscriptions without any delivery interruptions.
