Tidsfristen er overskredet
The Contracting Authority owns a number of residential properties around Oslo Airport, which, amongst other things, were expropriated when OSL was established as the main airport.
The houses are mainly rented to tenants to work at the airport and, in many cases, are used as commuter houses.
The housing portfolio consists of approx. 91 tenancies, divided between 85 residential properties.
Until now, the Contracting Authority has managed this housing portfolio itself, but it will now 'outsource' all of it.
