Framework agreement for the formulation of technical notes for applications for development permits

The Directorate of Fisheries has been granted extra resources to process development permits. These will be used to procure services to reduce the processing time.

The Directorate of Fisheries has implemented a practice where a technical note is formulated for each application for development permits. The note includes technical assessments of the concepts in the application as regards the rules and guidelines. The assignment will increase the Directorate of Fisheries' capacity for formulating the technical notes. The Directorate of Fisheries would like the tenderer to formulate approx. 3 such notes a week, from when the contract is signed until 31.12.2018.
