Tidsfristen er overskredet
In connection with project 104910 New Government Quarter, Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property], wants to implement qualification of participants that may be interested in submitting a tender offer for turnkey contract K901 Demolition.
The government has decided to construct a new government quarter. The development plan was adopted in February 2017. The plan means that the S-block, Y-block and R4 with Møllergata 17 shall be demolished and that the two large integrated works of art in the Y-block shall be kept, a decision on how they will be used will be made at a later date.
The S-block was demolished in 2014/2015 so that the work on a new Secure Technical Infrastructure (STI) can start in the new government quarter. Contract K901 Demolition includes the demolition of R4 with M17 and an option to demolish the Y-block. The contract also includes necessary securing of the construction pit and the disassembly and removal of the integrated works of art in the Y-block. The turnkey contractor must reckon on some of the tender being connected to competence for planning and carrying out the disassembly and removal of the integrated works of art. The attached provisional description gives information on the contract's extent.
