In the period 2018 — 2021, Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] shall establish more comprehensive maintenance management of the road infrastructure with maintenance strategies based on risk analysis, condition based maintenance and continual improvement. The objective of maintenance management is to ensure correct activity, at the correct time and with the correct cost / input. The Contracting Authority would like tenders for project assistance for implementing the project. An contract will be entered into with 1 main tenderer.
