Through this procurement, the Norwegian Coastal Authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who can deliver multi-function machines (MFP) for hire, as well as servicing of these machines. The MFPs shall have functionality for print-out, photocopying, scanning etc. and they must be compatible with SafeCom´s secure print system.
Operation means that the tenderer shall have the total responsibility for operation and maintenance. The contracting authority shall, thus, only be responsible for refilling paper.
