A framework agreement for procurement of goods vans and workshop services

The contracting authority has a need for framework agreements for the procurement of new goods vans and workshop services. The contracting authority’s vehicle fleet currently consists of approx. 3 100 goods vans. Traditionally the goods vans have been leased for 4 years, but the leasing period and financing form (leasing/purchase) is continuously assessed.

The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement for:

— procurement of goods vans < 3,5 t,

— service and other workshop services.

Service providers of goods vans shall offer workshop services, but vehicle independent workshops can also offer workshop services.

Body damage is not covered by the agreement.
