Tthe Institute for GeoScience and Petroleum c/o the Norwegian university of science and technology plans to procure a laboratory unit for high voltage pulse fragmentation with the intention of researching this type of fragmentation method of ores and minerals, geological materials, non organic consumable waste, and construction and industrial waste.
In this connection, a prior information notice is used to begin a dialogue with the market. The Contracting Authority is currently only aware of one service provider in the market. The aim is therefore to uncover which potential service providers and solutions exist prior to the implementation of a procurement.
