Vadsø Vann og Avløp KF shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for excavation works in connection with emergency situations, assignments that require a short response time. Typical situations where the Contracting Authority needs assistance will be when the are breaks in pipelines or other emergency conditions that requirement measures to limit further damage.
