Samordnet Innkjøp I Salten (SIIS) invites tenderers to an open tender competition above the National threshold value for entry into a 2 years framework agreement for the delivery of data and voice subscriptions to SIIS, with a unilateral option on 1 year + 1 year. This includes procurement of up to 4 years. Different services are requested, but emphasis is put on the fact that the municipalities are not bound to them.
