The services consist of turning of train wheels with the use of fixed floor lathe machines located at Lodalen (Oslo), Sundland (Drammen), Marienborg (Trondheim). The service is procured subject to the supply regulation § 9-3, litra b. The lathe machines commissioned are limited, to a lathe machine mounted to the floor at the named locations. The floor lathe machines have also been in the premises for a number of years and can only be operated manually. The work of turning can only be carried out by personnel with extensive training and experience with the machines.
