The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer with competence in concept and idea development, creative and strategic consultancy, text and graphical design, knowledge and understanding of channel choices and the chosen channels’ qualities, reputation development as well as providing insight in relation to the market and target groups.
