Tidsfristen er overskredet
The current Norwegian prison and probation structure is distinguished with a significant number of units. Several of these units are small, old and often unsuitable for modern implementation of detention and punishment. A thorough review of the implementation of detention and punishment capacity is required. The review shall give an overview of the current conditions and shall enable the contracting authority to evaluate the requirements for the future capacity and structure in the Norwegian Correctional Service. The review shall include Rogaland, Hordaland, Sogn og Fjordane and Møre og Romsdal counties.
