Norsk kulturråd would like a strengthened knowledge basis of concert organisers in Norway, through a review that examines the different concert organisers' roles and function in current promotion of art to a wide public. Through studies close to experience, the review shall map and analyse the development of the organiser field, the different organisers for the professional music role and the function and importance of public resources in the field.
