Bærum municipality, c/o Digitalisation and IT (DigIT), invites actors within the IT industry to a dialogue on the municipality's planned move of digital infrastructure. The aim of the dialogue conference is to give a general presentation of Bærum municipality's challenges, needs and goals. Based on this, we would like to have a dialogue with selected tenderers who can document that they have carried out similar moving processes with good results.
The dialogue will be carried out in 2 parts, tenderers can choose whether they participate in one or both parts.
— Part 1 — Dialogue conference — presentation of Bærum municipality's challenges, needs and goals related to moving and the probable modernisation of a computer centre, communication hub and telephone exchange.
— Part 2 — Possibility for one-to-one meetings where tenderers will be given the opportunity to present their system proposals.
