The Sanitation Department needs an electrical material processor for processing and loading garden waste, as well as a back-up system for compressing bulky waste in hook containers at Ryen mini-recycling facility. The procurement also includes the procurement of a service contract. See the requirement specifications in Annex 2 for further specifications.
