Troms fylkeskommune, the Building and Property Department shall carry out a competition on a parking service/system for parking areas at a total of 13 county municipality institutions
With a total of approx. 1,200 parking spaces, of which 11 institutions are located in Tromsø with approximately 900 parking spaces, and two institutions in Harstad with approx. 300 parking spaces.
The parking rate for employees and pupils is set to 60 NOK per day. Others are to pay 20 NOK per hour. The parking service shall enable the use of a parking app for both employees and others.
Finances.
Contracting authority:
The turnover from the parking fees belongs to the contracting authority and shall be paid per quarter with deductions for fees from credit card companies and redeemers.
Tenderer:
The tenderer will receive settlement in the form of what is prices in the price form (SELECT AMOUNT) Appendix 2 part A (Tromsø) and/or Appendix 2 part B (Harstad).
Settlement will be issued 1/12 each month.
The tenderer will have sole responsibility for the control sanctions.
