Kort beskrivelse

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract with two providers for services in relation to development and system solution for self-service, guidance and follow-up.

The contracting authority has a large number of solutions for self-service, follow-up and guidance. The number of users of self-service solutions and the number of internal users are stated in the attached documentation. The contract will mainly include architecture, solution shape / design, development, tests, error recoveries, preventive measures as well as technical support.

The contracting authority will implement the development and maintenance based on internal HR with reinforcement from external HR as well as covering variations in the service provider's requirements for capacity. The service providers may also be responsible for the implementation of development assignments.

The contracting authority will emphasise the use of a flexible implementation model for further development.
