Asphalt and asphalting works — Framework agreement.

The contracting authority requests tenders for a framework agreement for the delivery of asphalt and asphalting works for the municipalities included in the procurement co-operation.

The framework agreement comprises asphalting works, including materials in connection with new asphalting and re-asphalting works The contract also includes potholes patching/manual asphalting works and flat patching.

The delivery of only asphalt masses in those circumstances where the Contracting Authorities themselves undertake the actual asphalting work.

The agreement includes assignments that shall be carried out within the Contracting Authorities' municipal borders.
