The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services in connection with planning and engineering design for a bus rapid transit service and other road measures in Trondheim municipality. The framework agreement period is 2 years, with a unilateral option for the Contracting Authority to extend the framework agreement for 1+1 year. The contracting authority is planning to enter into parallel framework agreements with 2 companies.
