In accordance with the Public Procurement Law and Regulations, Sarpsborg municipality (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) invites to a tender contest where the objective is to enter into a 2-year agreement for operation and maintenance services for the municipal road and street lighting. Option for Sarpsborg municipality to extend the contract with 1 + 1 year.
