Vestbyveien — Turnkey contract.

Kort beskrivelse

Frogn municipality has decided to construct 22 flats split between two buildings at Vestbyveien 103 and 105. Both buildings shall be constructed out of wood. The buildings shall fulfil the passive house requirements in accordance with NS 3700 and they shall be BREEAM certified with class ‘Very Good’.

Parking places shall be established in the terrain. Furthermore, a place has been set aside for buried waste containers within the property, as well as a site for a transformer.

An existing well-trodden footpath between Vestbyveien and the riding centre below is to be kept. This is to be built in as a natural, public part of the outdoor installations.
