Kort beskrivelse

HiOA shall enter into framework agreements on 2 contract areas:

— Contract area 1: Communications Consulting.

The tenderer shall be HiOA's consulting and collaborating partner in strategic and operative communications consulting, assist in strengthening and supplementing the competence within the communications field amongst the management at the coming university, and for employees at the Department of Public Relations and Communications (hereafter SK).

— Contract area 2: Visual profile, marketing and digital content consulting.

The tenderer shall be HiOA's consulting and collaborating partner on the development and management of HiOA's visual profile across arenas and channels, assist with digital content consulting and assist HiOA in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
