Tidsfristen er overskredet
The course lasts for 16 weeks and is aim at persons with mild forms of mental difficulties and psychosocial challenges, independent of whether or not the participant is in work. Participants can have had a double diagnosis with substance abuse and psychiatry, but they shall have be substance free when they participate in the course. The main aim of the course is to get participants into ordinary work, or other activity at the end of the course. Other activity means, for example, initiatives managed by NAV or education. Another aim is that participants shall be made aware of their competence and resources. Tenderers shall support and prepare participants' transition to work. Furthermore, tenderers shall provide support and contribute to participants themselves being conscious of how they can increase their function abilities, social competences and life quality. The course shall give participants relevant work training, as well as knowledge of the labour market and job hunting.
