Invitation to a Market Conference for Architectural Services.
Skedsmo municipality is planning the implementation of a tender contest regarding architectural services.
Relevant tenderers are invited to a market conference Monday 20.2.2017 (13:00 - 13:30). The meeting will be held through network communication and telephone meetings.
The agenda for the conference will be:
1. Briefing on the Contracting Authority and the upcoming competition.
2. Review of and discussion about the requirement specifications and division into groups.
3. Information about progress.
4. Brief information about KGV (the electronic competition implementation tool) and ESPD (European Single Procurement Document).
5. Miscellaneous.
Registration is to be sent to ole@innkjopskontoret.no by Friday 17.2.2017, 13. The registration must include who will be present from the tenderer. The tenderers registering for participation will receive an invitation to the market conference by e-mails. The market conference can only be held through telephone meetings, but the tenderer is recommended to have access to a PC.
