Oslo municipality and Oslo University hospital (henceforth also referred to as OUS), is planning the establishment of a Urban Emergency doctors surgery The objective of the tender contest is to enter into an agreement for project management for the preliminary stage (draft, preliminary project, planning process), with option for project management during the implementation stage (detailed engineering design, construction).

The procurement also includes consultancy services for planning.
