Work tasks:
*Most of this assignment will be tasks connected to the management of Property Management's building and construction projects.
*Function as a support function for the unit manager and general management of other project managers for all building and construction projects.
*Provide target orientated training for project managers and the development of *Project Management's project related development assignments within building and construction projects.
*Acquire and communicate new knowledge of relevant laws and regulations within the building and construction field.
*Contribute to, and make procurements, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.
*Responsibility for Property Management's total project portfolio, as regards finances, progress and target achievement.
