The contracting authority shall procure a service provider for the operations and maintenance of parks and public outdoor recreation areas in the Southern area. This area comprises facilities in the districts of Søndre Nordstrand, Nordstrand, Østensjø and some shore areas in Oppegård kommune. The region includes parks, bathing places, large and small public recreation areas, walking paths and green areas along municipal roads, at sports grounds and car parks.
