The Contracting Authority seeks a supplier that can deliver the requested products groups in the best possible manner. Tenders can be submitted for the following main product areas;

— Office supplies, including paper and catering products

— Cleaning supplies

— Health care supplies

The estimated annual value is NOK 400 000. This is only an estimate and the amount procured under the framework agreement can be larger or smaller than the estimate. The volume is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority.

The Contracting Authority requests tenders for office, cleaning and health care supplies. The tender contest shall result in prices and terms for a new binding framework agreement. The agreement period is expected to be initiated 1.9.2016. The agreement period is 2 years with option for the Contracting Authority to trigger the option for further 1 + 1 year.

The Contracting Authority requests suppliers that are leading in the area environment and ethics and that this is reflected in i.a control at manufacturer level, product level and logistics. It is a condition that the suppliers have control that the products sold to the Contracting Authority is manufactured in accordance with the ILO convention and prevailing environmental standards.
