The procurement covers one contract whereby the successful tenderer will be assigned responsibility to evaluate the quality of reviews and evaluations in Norwegian development cooperation. The assignment is to be carried out according to the Terms of Reference (Annex 1) and the conditions laid out in the tender document with attachments.
The evaluation is to assess the quality of reviews and decentralised evaluations in Norwegian development cooperation. The overall purpose of this evaluation is to contribute to good quality reviews and decentralised evaluations in Norwegian development cooperation. Main intended users are the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Norwegian embassies managing ODA-funds, Norad and other parts of the Norwegian aid administration.
This procurement is implemented in accordance with the Norwegian Act and Regulation on public procurement parts I and II for procurements under 1 100 000 NOK exclusive of VAT, with voluntary announcement on TED.
