Tysfjord municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for loans. The tender competition involves ordinary municipal loan raising (debenture loan). The procurement will also include any refinancing of existing debenture loans and refinancing of loans in the bonds and certificate market. The framework agreement will not include loans in the obligation and certificate market and interest rate agreements.
