K 300 Technical professions, St Olav Sixth Form College.

Rogaland county plans a total renovation of the part of St. Olav sixth form college that is located in Møllegata. All the three main floors (the teaching areas) shall be stripped and rebuilt, including new technical installations. A full upgrade of the facades is also planned.

In addition a new extension is planned located inside the college's courtyard.

The existing installations in the technical room on the roof over the 2nd floor shall be replaced by new technical installations.

The contracting authority thus intends to enter into a contract for the procurement of a technical contract for all technical professions except lift.
