Statsbygg, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, requests tenders for Builder's representative for project 12384 UiN Construction stage 6A.

UiN is a university expanding and is an important institution in Bodø and for Nordland County. In order to have facilities to satisfy future students and employees, the Awarding Authority needs to expand the buildings. Construction stage 6A is the first construction stage included in a major expansion of the Campus Bodø.

Construction stage 6A includes primarily meeting rooms (first floor) and office premises for the administration (second and third floors). This is an important part of the increased efficiency of the university as the administration is gathered and gets modern office premises.

Statsbygg is the builder of the project.
