Framework agreement for portable student PCs and associated services.

The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that the contracting authority has good student PCs for its students at upper secondary schools.Student PCs shall have a high level of service and shall be delivered well in advance of the start of the school term in autumn 2014.

The county council wishes to purchase approximately 2,300 portable student PCs per year.This figure is an estimate and will not be binding as regards orders placed during the framework agreement period.

The agreement will be valid from its signing until 10.6.2015 with an option for a further year.The contracting authority intends to enter into an agreement in mid-April 2014.The contracting authority expects to place the main order in May/June 2014.
