The objective of the framework agreement is to take peak loads in the Department and at all time provide sufficient assistance for the spheres of activity in Statsbygg. The consultants will be assigned to carry out assignments normally carried out by the Department's employees.
All assignments will be paid in accordance with spent time and in accordance with the agreement's hourly rates within time and costs frames agreed upon when orders are made.
Description of the works which shall be carried out by the consultants will be given when each assignment is awarded. It may be relevant to carry out some assignments in Statsbygg's premises. Meeting activities in Statsbygg's premises must be expected. Travel expenses in connection with such meetings will not be covered by the Awarding Authority.
