In accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations, the Awarding Authority invites to a tender competition where the objective is to enter into parallel framework agreements for delivery of Water and Sewage/HVAC goods.
The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements for delivery of these goods based on the at any time current Public Procurement Act and accompanying regulations, Environment and regulations for public procurements and action plan for environment and social responsibility given in the Public Procurement act.
The agreement shall be entered into based on the information given in the tender documents with annexes.
In order to ensure that the requirements are covered at all times, the Awarding Authority will enter into parallel framework agreements. The agreements shall include the entire or parts of the product area, but the tenderer must as a minimum be able to deliver goods for at least one category and its specified product lines.
The tenderer is therefore allowed to submit tender for all 9 product categories or just one of those.
