The contract is for: Forsvarsbygg has decided that the organisation shall have one joint quality system where deviations are handled electronically and that a new quality system shall be procured. Forsvarsbygg has continual focus on improving work processes in order to achieve cost efficient administration. IT is an important tool in all the production links for this work. The users have very varying IT competence and already have several different IT systems in use. It will therefore be important for the users that the system is experienced as user friendly, with a web user interface that is seen as intuitive and recognisable. At the same time users shall experience that they can find the documentation they are looking for in an efficient way, without training. The search engine in the system must be robust and give users a useful tool in the retreival process. See the attached qualification documents for further information.
