The object of the tender process is an electronic signature service that allows VTT to sign documents digitally and securely. The electronic signature service must be compliant with eIDAS requirements. The service will be delivered as a software as a service (SaaS) model, meaning that VTT will not need to install or maintain any software or hardware on its premises.
The objective is to have the solution in production use by 1st November 2024. The implementation project must be completed by the end of October 2024. VTTs official purchase order will be placed as soon as the contract has been signed, objective latest in September 2024.
