The overall aim of the procurement is to ensure that DSB has a framework agreement that can be used for a joint tool for crisis management for the entities mentioned in the tender documentation points 1.1 and 1.2, including: • Facilitate preparedness planning before a crisis • Give good decision support for the entities during a crisis Logging of events, messages, decisions, resource allocations, measures, and assignments • Facilitate information sharing and a joint understanding of the situation • Ensure notoriety in and after a crisis
