Tromsø Municipality will hold a contest for the procurement of licences for digital teaching aids and digital teaching resources. The municipality would thus like feedback from the market on the provisional contest documents. A draft of the requirements specification and price matrix are in the attached PDF document SSA-L. Have also attached Annex 2-SSA-L Appendix 6 Discounts on other licences. We request that the market gives feedback on whether the requirements are unclear or whether they prevent competition.
