Framework agreement for masonry work

The framework agreement is for acute improvement work, planned maintenance work, and minor renovation work for all of Oslobygg's portfolio, mainly located in Oslo Municipality. The framework agreement generally doesn't include work in projects where masonry work is carried out as part of a large partial renovation or total renovation project. The contracting authority reserves the right to use the framework agreement in such projects where this is appropriate. The framework agreement will have a duration of four years from when the contract is signed. The tenderers will be awarded permanent buildings/portfolio/areas in the framework agreement. The distribution will be determined after the contest has been held, based on the contracting authority's assessments. Framework agreements will be entered into with 4 to 8 tenderers.
