The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of products, licences, consultant/installations services, and manufacturer maintenance, for 'Hardware Security Module' network connected systems. The Norwegian Tax Administration would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer that can contribute with products and the installation of highly available and flexible HSM systems for general use in the Norwegian Tax Administration's network.
