Kort beskrivelse
This is a Request for Information (RFI) with the aim being to identify possible systems and come into contact with suppliers that can offer a system for resource management and dynamic staffing management for projects as a cloud system, and with their knowledge can give us information that will make the future tender documentation better and more balanced.
The background for this RFI is that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration at all times works with a significant number of development and maintenance projects aimed at roads, bridges and tunnels, where the projects are staffed by own employees and hired resources. Any new system for which information is requested in this RFI should give us effects such as a more efficient resource allocation process, a better overview of resource use, a better balanced workload for the resources, and the right competence and capacity for the right project.
We therefore want to gain information on how various suppliers of systems for resource management and dynamic staffing management for projects can deliver their solution, in addition to which we also want the suppliers to be able to present their system at an overall level in a digital dialogue conference.
