Framework agreement for the purchase of assorted masses and delivery of masses to landfill

The framework agreement will include: 1. Access to assorted masses in the event that the contracting authority wants to collect these by own resources. The tenderer must also be able to deliver assorted masses to the contracting authority, cf. the enclosed price sheet. 2. Access to an approved landfill for clean masses, asphalt, concrete with / without reinforcement, sweeping sand and possibly other clean masses, cf. the enclosed price sheet. The contracting authority's other contracting parties must also be allowed to deliver clean masses to the landfill at the same prices as the contracting authority. For example, the contracting authority's contracting party for asphalting work must also be allowed to deliver, among other things, asphalt granules and larger pieces of asphalt to the landfill. Access to assorted masses and landfill must be within 30 minutes driving distance from Sola town hall.
