See appendix with map sections and address lists for the relevant municipalities in Vestfold and Telemark County. Since government support is only allocated to next generation broadband with a download speed of at least 30 Mb/s and fixed price independent of use, it is only the existing or planned network with services of such speed that shall be mapped. Parties that already have developed or have plans to develop such a broadband network in all or parts of the areas stated above in the next three years, are requested to notify this to

For parties who do not already have a network in the area but who plan to expand in the next three years, plans must be specific.
Lots are considered and may be relevant.
In the 2022 state budget, Kommunal- og moderniseringsdepartementet [the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation] allocated NOK 304 million to development of broadband in areas where it is not commercially profitable to establish broadband. The financial frame for Vestfold and Telemark is approx. NOK 20 million. Approx. NOK 6.4 million of the resources awarded in 2022 are for projects from 2021. In the final contest, the requested minimum speed of the developed network will be 100/20 Mbit/s.
