The procurement concerns the total renovation of Sjokoladefabrikken nursery in Sofienberggata 37 in Grünerløkka in Oslo. The work includes, amongst other things, upgrades to/replacements of technical installations, constructing a new entrance area with the accompanying lift and lift shaft from the basement up to and including the 4th floor, replacement of roofing and roof windows, renovation of the windows in the facade, as well as the establishment of some new windows, new surfaces, and a new room plan. The building's exterior is listed in accordance with the Planning and Building Act.
