Framework agreement, circular economy and waste

The Norwegian Environment Agency needs assistance within circular economy and waste, and is therefore announcing a 4-year framework agreement for such assistance. The assistance for each individual assignment will vary in size and scope, but will consist of a professional foundation within circular economy and waste, for example, mapping and prognoses, a foundation for reports to the EU, and a foundation for impact assessments for policies and for the implementation of the EU/EEA rules. The professional foundations will also be connected to the Norwegian Environment Agency's impact assessments for measures and policies that will contribute to reaching the government's goals. The Norwegian Environment Agency can also need reviews of environmental and climate effects over the products' lifecycle. The assignment also includes assistance with the assessment of environmental aspects for concrete product groups in environmental product negotiations. We encourage several milieu to get together to offer the requested assistance and competence.
