Contest for the procurement of user-controlled personal assistance (BPA).

This contest will result in framework agreements for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA). BPA is a way to organise practical and personal assistance services in daily life, both in and outside the home. The aim of BPA is to contribute to more equality, equal opportunities, and participation in society for persons with reduced functional abilities who require a lot of assistance. BPA must, amongst other things, facilitate for education, participaton in work and organisation life, and living an active and independent life on equal terms with others.
